Take-Off Sections are designed with gradually decreasing
magnetic force along their length to remove ferrous materials
from the conveyor's magnetic field. These End Sections,
are often used with Magnetic Pulleys or at the end of a
long Straight Section. They have full force at the infeed
end, which decreases to nearly zero at the opposite end
so that parts will discharge smoothly and without damage.
Magnetic T-Rail Straight Sections
T-Rail Straight Sections come in three sizes and strengths
with constant magnetic force from end-to-end. They are available
with either mounting holes or mounting brackets.
Magnetic T-Rail Curved Sections
Curved Sections mate with Magnetic T-Rail Straight Sections.
They are available in face widths and magnetic strengths
corresponding to the T-Rail Straight Sections and come with
standard outside radii of 18, 24, and 36 inches. They can
be ordered with mounting holes or mounting brackets.
Magnetic T-Rail Angled Sections
T-Rail Angled Transition Sections are commonly used in conjunction
with Bunting Magnetic Pulleys. They have constant magnetic
force along their entire length and either feed ferrous
material into, or help carry material away from, the pulleys.
Magnetic T-Rail Take-Off End Sections
Take-Off Sections are designed with gradually decreasing
magnetic force along their length to remove ferrous materials
from the conveyors magnetic field. These End Sections, are
often used with Magnetic Pulleys or at the end of a long
Straight Section. They have full force at the infeed end,
which decreases to nearly zero at the opposite end so that
parts will discharge smoothly and without damage.
