Magnetic Corrugated Printing Cylinders

Sizes: 24” circumference x 66” face through 66” circumference x 146” face
Registration: 1” grid Scribe-Line Registration System (numbered in three locations around and across cylinder face) and 1/4” diameter registration pins on “0” centerline are standard. Fast lock main and intermediate mounts are optional.
Cylinder Tolerance: Outside diameter + .001”; Length + .002” TIR.
Suggested Mounting Material: .010” (10 mil) tin plate – double reduced- available in rolls of 36” widths by 100” lengths.

• A – Print Diameter 2 plate thickness = bare cylinder diameter. Body ground to runout X-Y .002
• B – Face Width

• D – Degrees between lockups
• E – Matthews Main & Intermediate lockups
• F – Pin registration
• G – Numbering system
