LCS Metal Detectors
Last Chance Separators (LCS) mount on the intake of plastics processing machines to remove contaminants from slow-moving columns of mixed granules and recycled materials.
The LCS Detectors for Plastic Resins feature:
- Bolt LCS on the infeed of plastics processing equipment for Last Chance Separation
- Mount other equipment on the rugged LCS housing
- Adjustable sensitivity and timing for accurate cycling
- Single-coil circuitry
- Fast pneumatic rejection mechanism
Processing equipment weighing up to 250 lbs. can bolt directly to the LCS infeed. Special circuitry continuously monitors operation for added reliability.
