All PowerTrac models are built with aluminum frames that allow us to give you a custom fit at an off-the-shelf price. Standard V-guide tracks let you use V-guide belts when you have to handle unbalanced loading. Whether yours is a new or retrofit installation, chances are PowerTrac has the drives, size range, and other options to accommodate your needs. In addition, PowerTrac frames are designed to facilitate bolting on special accessories and hardware to monitor or control operation.

Bunting® PowerTrac® Conveyors come in low- and medium-profile models that offer easy maintenance, made-to-order fit, and a wide choice of options. They are available with V-guided belts that stay centered even with side-loading. Maintenance is further reduced by sealed precision, self-aligning bearings, knurled drive pulleys, and quick and simple belt changes.
PowerTrac® Conveyors are engineered to handle most belt-type conveyor applications and can be equipped with optional magnetic sliderbeds for use with ferrous materials. Low-profile PowerTrac® models are only 1 3/4 inches (44.45 mm) high and can be ordered from 2 inches to 24 inches (50.80 to 609.60 mm) in width and up to 20 feet (6.10 mm) in length.
Medium-profile PowerTrac® Conveyors measure 3 7/8 inches (98.43 mm) high and can be ordered in widths from 4 to 36 inches (101.60 to 914.40 mm) and in any length up to 100 feet (30.48 m). Conveyors are supplied with all metric fasteners and can be specified to the exact length required thanks to their cut-to-length extruded aluminum frames.
