Bunting® Medium-Frame Conveyors – MFCs – are an extensive line of smaller framed conveyors just right to fit into those tough tight fitting applications where space is limited for larger bulky conveyors. Their frames are only 3 1/2’‘thick and only 2 3/4’‘wider than their conveyor belts but their robust rugged construction can handle a broad range of tough jobs. These conveyors work great in both Magnetic and Non-Magnetic Applications and can be custom color painted to match your factory color scheme.

The Bunting® Medium Framed Conveyors come in a variety of horizontal and inclined shapes and sizes. Combine that with an assortment of magnetic rail options, belts, side guards, supports, drive and control options. The conveyors have tough rubber vulcanized pulleys on precision bearings to handle heavy loads on conveyors from 2’ long to 100’ long. If you need magnetic stability and spacing, these medium framed conveyors are matched with one of many permanent magnetic Ceramic or Neo Rare Earth rails by our Engineers to proper hold and conveyor your specific parts. The Engineers then select one of many belt options to properly match the application and the environment they will be used in. Whether it is low friction belt for accumulation, tough urethane cut resistance for steel scrap or high friction rough topped belts for inclined non-magnetic conveying of parts, assembles or packaged materials. From this, you as a Customer have a custom engineered material handling solution at an affordable price designed specifically for you and your application.

Inclined Medium Framed Conveyors

This model comes in either straight or nose over incline units shown here which offer you the options of portability and adjustability. Adjustable mobile bases are designed for your application – whether you need manual adjustable supports, screw ratchets or hydraulic jacks, you have the flexibility to move these conveyors between machines or applications.

Horizontal Medium Framed Conveyors

This conveyor comes with either a fixed mounted vertically adjustable support for stationary mounts or a mobile base for portable applications. Most of these conveyors are Non-Magnetic, rough topped belt for economical one-pieced formed framed horizontal transfer conveyors. Or they may have a designed Magnetic element to stabilize a ferrous part, maintain product spacing or hold a part down through a process. They may be a short transfer conveyor between two machines as seen in the application photos above or a long trunk line through your plant. But the simplicity of design and the economical pricing provides the customer a beneficial solution to his material handling need.

Vertical Magnetic or Cleated Belt Medium Framed Conveyors

Here is an excellent economical elevator conveyor to convey parts up and out of a hopper up into a orientation bowl or a machine infeed hopper. Small hoppers from ½ to 4 cubic feet can be designed and provided for free flowing parts or vibratory feeder trays that can then be magnetically conveyed up vertically to save floor space. Bunting® Magnetics Co. engineers have a multitude of magnetic rails available, combined with the proper belting to effectively elevate parts in an even stream. Sample parts are welcomed for our engineers to test in our lab for the proper design for your application.

Medium Framed Conveyors come in a wide range of magnetic and nonmagnetic models. Belt widths range from 4” to 72” inches wide, lengths from 2 feet to 100 feet long. The selection of magnetic elements, belts, side guards, mobile-bases, fixed-bases and drive motor options all lets you the Customer customize the MFCs to even more precisely fit your application needs.
