Components for HLPC gang drives are ruggedly built – just like the conveyors they help power. They are designed for ruggedness, dependability, and flexibility to provide years of trouble-free service under heavy use.
The gang drive illustrations below show the couplings, brackets, shafts, and bearings that can be combined to design a variety of setups.
Our Universal Support Bracket facilitates multiple conveyor installations. The bracket can be mounted on the side of press bolster plates and similar structures. The drive motor, shafts, and bearing blocks can be located on the front, back, or sides of the bolster plate.
