Low Profile Conveyors

Low-Profile Conveyors are ruggedly built to withstand the punishing duty of punch press and automated machine feed applications. But wherever they are used, these durable, compact units can increase material handling efficiency as they cut labor costs and downtime. You will even improve part quality by eliminating damage during batch transfer.

LPCs require only 1 13/16 inch clearance to the top of the belt and are also available in heavy-duty models and nonmagnetic versions. You can mount them individually or use one motor to drive several units.

Standard Low-Profile Conveyors

Bunting® Standard-Duty Low-Profile Conveyors, SLPCs require only 1 13/16 inch clearance to the top of the belt. Built to withstand the punishment of punch press and automated applications, these highly popular, compact units can significantly increase material handling efficiency at your facility. Magnetic models hold and stabilize parts and scrap as they drop or feed onto the moving belt. Magnetic control keeps parts in position and eliminates the potential problems of jamming and downtime caused when parts wedge themselves between the belt and guides or wipers.

Nonmagnetic models are also a popular choice for moving and transferring parts wherever low clearance is a factor. Cleated belts can be used to keep parts moving smoothly on horizontals and inclines.

Both magnetic and nonmagnetic models can be individually or gang driven. One motor can drive a series of SLPCs in forward or reverse direction. An important advantage of our SLPCs is the widespread availability of replacement bearings and belts from stock at local supply houses. We can also advise you on suitable replacement belts or rush-ship an exact duplicate from our factory.

They also offer you versatile and simple mounting arrangements for fast and easy setups.
