Frame Widths: 12-36 in 6 inch increments.
Flights: 1” thick x 3” to 5” tall on 20” spacing.
Drive: Flange mounted hollow shaft reducer eliminates need for chains, sprockets, & guards. Standard 230/460V, 3ph motor at 60 FPM, ¾ hp to 1-1/2 hp; drive can be rotated in 90° increments and mounted on left or right side.
Supports: Standard welded fixed floor supports. Optional casters, skid plates or mobile bases available.
Construction: 12 ga. mild steel frame with machinery enamel paint.
Controls: Optional toggle switch for 1 ph drives or pushbutton starter for 3 ph drives. Controls supplied either mounted and wired or shipped loose.
Chain: CA550 roller chain.
Take-up: Manual chain tensioning at infeed.
Configurations: Available in straight and horizontal-incline configurations.
Other Specifications & Options: Standard sight window to observe product flow in incline, plate magnet in discharge chute available for tramp metal separation, different hopper sizes, and gravity style metal detector after discharge chute.
