Magnetic Stacking/Destacking Conveyors Reduce Bottlenecks, Labor, Part Damage, and Costly Accidents
Powerful permanent magnets behind our Bunting® Stacking/Destacking Conveyors’ endless belts hold each ferrous sheet, blank, or part securely in place as it is transported. Materials touch only the Stacker belts, avoiding damage to delicate parts and finished surfaces. No special handling is required for painted or oily parts. The permanent magnets will not wear out or drop parts during power outages.

Timing Belt Conveyors Position and Index Sheets and Blanks
Bunting® Timing Belt Conveyors add the advantages of precise speed control to the productivity-enhancing features of our Stacking/Destacking line. Objects stay in position for integration with production line operations and robotics. Timing Belt Conveyors let you process parts as they are being conveyed and allow on-conveyor indexing and multiple pick-up options. Precise conveyor belt timing maintains the spacing of sheets, blanks, and parts from initial placement on the conveyor until they are removed by robotic devices, transferred to another conveyor, or stacked.

Rotary Switches Control Part Pickup and Release
These pneumatically activated magnetic switches control sheet capture and release in a variety of applications. Mount them on conveyors to trigger release of sheets and blanks. They remain in the hold position until pneumatic pressure is applied and automatically return to hold when the pressure is released. Either Ceramic or Rare Earth magnets may be ordered.

Pneumatic Sheet Fanners

Separate Stacked Sheets on Demand

Bunting® pneumatically operated Sheet Fanners separate stacked sheets for easy handling, destacking, and transfer. They cause ferrous stock to fan apart through induced magnetic repulsion, separating oily, sticky, polished, or pre-finished sheets. The “fanned” and separated sheets or blanks can then be picked up by robotic arms and individually delivered to Destacking Conveyors. Bunting® Fanners are available in a variety of sizes and can be stacked or mounted side-by-side to handle a wide range of sheets.

These ruggedly constructed, fully self-contained Sheet Fanners are designed for faster, safer handling of stacks of sheet stock anywhere in your plant. They come with carrying handles for moving from one workstation to another and with pre-drilled holes for permanent mounting near your presses, shears, and other production equipment.

Magnetic Skate Rails Support Sheets and Blanks
Bunting® Magnetic Skate Rails are engineered to convey ferrous sheets and blanks efficiently. They combine T-Rails and drive belts with rows of free-wheeling support wheels mounted on low-friction axles. The magnetic T-Rails hold the ferrous material against the moving conveyor belt and the wheels. The wheels support the sheets and allow them to “skate” along the conveyor path with minimum drag.
