Use the 90º Disc and Plate Lifter to safely rotate cylinders and blocks through 90º.
This is a new range of cost effective lifting frames with integrated manually operated permanent lifting magnets to lift and rotate discs and plates for positioning and machine loading applications.
Ease of Use
The lifting frame allows you to pick the load from the floor and turn it through 90º for final positioning. This is done in one single operation. Returning it to the pallet is simply the reverse of this movement. 
Adjustment
The magnet position on the frame is adjustable to suit different load diameters. The lifting point on the frame can also be adjusted to ensure a balanced lift.
Safety
The lower location pins prevent the load from sliding when it is lifted through 90º and allows a lighter more cost effective magnet to be used.
