You can order Bunting Plate Magnets with the magnetic material best suited to your application. Our high-density Ceramic magnets are the practical choice for most separation applications. Compact, lightweight Neodymium Rare Earth magnets offer the extra magnetic energy you may need to capture extremely fine or weakly magnetic contaminants or to handle high flow rates and dense material.

Easy Installation

Bunting Plate Magnets come with an installation kit consisting of hinges, latch, self-locking hardware, and instructions to ensure professional results. Unless otherwise specified, units weighing over 50 lbs. come with lifting lugs for supporting the magnet during installation or for customer mounting. General-purpose or food grade gaskets are available. Request installation drawings to check hole and cutout locations.

Construction Standards

Bunting has established construction specifications for Utility, Powder, Food, and Sanitary Grades. All Plate Magnets and options are available in all construction grades. We will be glad to send detailed information to help you select the right model and options for your application.
