Specifications
Housing and optional adapter material: 10 ga. mild steel with 1/4” thick flanges. Optional 11 ga. 302/304 stainless steel with 1/4” flanges. Other stainless steels are available for special applications.
Magnet material: High-density Ceramic permanent magnets. Alnico and two Rare Earth magnet configurations are also available.
Magnet design: Magnetic cartridges, 1” diameter on 2” centers is standard. Optional close-cartridge design on 1 1/2” centers and waterfall design on 3” centers.
Construction: Full seam welded.
Contaminant removal: Ferrous fragments, nuts, bolts, and other tramp metal from free-flowing granular material.
Method of cleaning: Manual removal through stainless steel access door. Self-cleaning models are available.
Adapter styles: Round, square, or rectangular.
Sizes: 10” x 10” square through 30” x 30”.
