Typical Installation
The design of the TIM cartridge provides superior protection from tramp
iron by directing the product flow around the high-energy
Rare Earth magnet. The end of the magnetic load
contains an active magnetic pole that allows tramp
metal to collect and “hide,” preventing
captured contaminants from returning to the product
stream. The powerful Rare Earth magnet offers protection
against even small ferrous fines.
Cleaning is fast and easy. Simply disconnect the quick-release
tri-clamp fitting to separate one half from the
other and wipe the tramp metal down the cartridge and off the end.
