SPECIFICATIONS
General material:
All 11 Ga. stainless steel with 1/4" thick flanges.
Magnet material:
High-density Ceramic permanent magnetic material. Rare Earth models can be ordered for demanding applications.
Magnet design:
Bunting Plate Magnet with stainless steel. Grain-style face is standard. Request Bunting Spec. Sheet 2020 for more information on magnet face options.
Construction:
Housing is all seam welded into an integral unit. Magnets are mounted on swing-away hinges with attached
latch and sealed, when closed, with a gasket. Optional replaceable heavy-duty baffle can be ordered to handle abrasive product
flow. Method of cleaning: Manual, from outside of housing utilizing hinged, swing-away magnets. Self-cleaning options available.
Sizes:
6" through 20" sizes. Also available in special sizes to fit processing machinery.

Manual Self-Cleaning Plate Housing Magnet
The Manual Self-Cleaning Plate Housing simplifies and speeds cleaning. Just unlatch the drawer
face plate and pull out the interior drawer. Tramp metal is pulled out with the
drawer past the plate magnet and released outside the housing
for convenient disposal.
