Choke-Free Protection
Bunting Plate Housing Magnets combine an open-throat, choke-free
design with the safety and convenience of hinged magnets that
swing out and away from the housing for safe external cleaning.
A baffle at the top of the housing directs the product flow
over two powerful two-cell plate magnets. Each magnet has
a stainless steel cover with one primary step to hold contaminants
out of product flow.
Easy Installation
Plate Housing Magnets can easily be installed anywhere that
ferrous contaminants pose a problem. They come in a standard
11 1/2" or 15" height for self-cleaning models and fit handily
into spouting or on processing machines, even where headroom
is limited.
Optional square, rectangular, and round adapters can be supplied
to your specifications for ease of installation and reduced
in-house fabrication. Our engineering staff will be glad to
help you with special orders.
