Every component and control in our modular systems offers proven
performance and reliability. Modular construction simplifies
assembly, installation, and maintenance. Your system can
be up and running, boosting productivity, in surprisingly
little time. Our engineers can save you even more time and
trouble. They will help you plan and design a system that
meets your needs and fits your floor plan - free of charge.
Here is a brief introduction to the basic components that make up Bunting Conveyor systems.
Drives
Center and end drives are matched to the materials you handle
and to the size of the conveyor.
Take-Ups
Take-ups control belt tension and can be located at the
center or end of each conveyor.
Straight Sections
These are the heart of every vertical, incline, and horizontal
conveyor. Standard sections come in lengths from 1 to 10
feet with belts from 4 to 24 inches wide.
Curved Sections
These short sections offer transitions from 30 degrees to
90 degrees. Two types of 75 degree and 90 degree sections
are available. The Curved Slider Bed Section is used when
conveyed parts are oddly shaped or when belt speed and loading
are moderate. The Magnetic Pulley Corner Section is used
for faster speeds and heavier loading.
Standard Supports
Floor mounts and ceiling hangers are available in heights
from 10 to 115 inches.
Fixed End Terminals
Bunting end terminals feature crowned pulleys and heavy-duty
bearings.
Options
Side Guards and Top Guards help prevent accidental contact
with moving parts. Can Guides provide overflow restraint.
Belt Cleaners and Wipers brush off oily parts, scrap, and
fines.
