Low-Profile PowerTrac® Conveyors • Units can be equipped with magnetic sliderbeds to hold ferrous materials on the belt during transport. • Standard models come 1 3/4 inches (44.45 mm) high, 2" to 24" (50.80 to 609.60 mm) wide, and up to 20' (6.10 m) in length. • Extruded aluminum frame features full-length T-slots for mounting controls, brackets, and accessories. • Rack and pinion belt tensioning speeds and simplifies belt changes and tracking. • V-guide track in sliderbed keeps V-guided belts centered, even when side-loaded. • Tracking adjustments are provided for non-V-guided belts at drive ends. • Side frame extrusions are provided with either integral "high side” extrusions or “flush side” extrusions that allow side guard mounting. • 1 3/8" (34.93 mm) diameter drive and take-up pulleys. • Knurled stainless steel drive rollers provide positive, steady drive traction even under heavy loads. • Sealed precision self-aligning ball bearings provide long bearing life and easy replacement. • Rugged cast aluminum end plates with tough, baked finish. • Stainless steel sliderbed offers low friction and corrosion resistance. • Available with numerous side guard options. • Optional belt wipers and transfer plates available. • Optional nose bar with 1/4" (6.35 mm) radius facilitates close side and end transfers. • Available with top, bottom, side, center, or flush drive configurations.

Medium-Profile PowerTrac® Conveyors • Optional magnetic sliderbeds can hold ferrous materials on the belt while being conveyed on inclines or even upside down. • Standard models measure 3 7/8 inches (98.43 mm) high and can be ordered 4" to 36" (101.60 to 914.40 mm) wide and up to 100' (30.48 m) in length. • Extruded aluminum frame features dual full-length T-slots for mounting controls, brackets, and accessories. • Rack and pinion belt tensioning speeds and simplifies belt changes and tracking. • V-guide track in sliderbed keeps V-guided belts centered, even when side-loaded. • 3 1/2" (88.90 mm) diameter drive and take-up pulleys. • Tracking adjustments are provided for non-V-guided belts at drive ends. • “Flush side” frame extrusions allow attachment of side guard options and easy side transfers. • Knurled drive pulleys provide positive, steady drive traction even under heavy loads. • Sealed precision self-aligning ball bearings provide long bearing life and facilitate easy replacement. • Stout box-like construction. • Stainless steel sliderbed offers low friction and corrosion resistance. • Available with top, bottom, center, and side drives. • Nose bar with 3/4" (19.05 mm) radius allows close side and end part transfers. • Numerous side guard options available.

PowerTrac® Hybrid Conveyors - Type H • Units can be equipped with magnetic sliderbeds to hold ferrous materials on the belt during transport. • Standard models come 13/4 inches (44.45 mm) high, 2" to 24" (50.80 to 609.60 mm) wide, and up to 20' (6.10 m) in length. • Extruded aluminum frame features full-length T-slots for mounting controls, brackets, and accessories. • Rack and pinion belt tensioning speeds and simplifies belt changes and tracking. • V-guide track in sliderbed keeps V-guided belts centered, even when side-loaded. • Tracking adjustments are provided for non-V-guided belts at drive ends. Features Unique to the PowerTrac Hybrid Conveyor • Enclosed drive section includes built in belt wiper. • Adjustable snub roller at drive end provides tracking adjustment for non-V-guided belts. • 3 1/2" (88.90 mm) drive pulley, 1 3/8" (34.93 mm) Dia. take-up pulley. • Available with the same top and bottom drive options as our Medium-Profile PowerTrac.

PowerTrac® Center Drive Conveyors • Center drive configuration may be mounted on either low- or medium-profile frames; see Low-Profile or Medium-Profile pages for standard features. • Standard models are equipped with rack and pinion take-ups at each end or with optional nose bar ends. • Compact drive unit may be field repositioned anywhere along the T-slot in conveyor frame. • Spring loaded take-up prevents belt slippage by maintaining even belt tension under fluctuating loads. • Center drive design allows for replacement of endless belt from side opposite drive, with only minor disassembly. • Snub roller provides belt tracking adjustments. • Additional take-ups allow for longer conveyors. • Gear motor is mounted integrally to center drive unit. • Enclosed drive units eliminate pinch points.

PowerTrac® Cleated Belt Conveyors • Belt is smooth, white urethane with urethane cleats and V-guides. • Close-fitting 1" (25.40 mm) or 2.1" (53.34 mm) high polyethylene side guards contain small parts with minimal friction against the belt. Bottom guards support the belt and protect cleats from damage. • Custom infeed hoppers and discharge chutes can be supplied. • Standard 20, 35, and 50 mm cleat heights available in 3" (76.20 mm), 6" (152.40 mm), 9" (228.60 mm), 12" (304.80 mm), 18" (457.20 mm), and 24" (609.60 mm) centers.

PowerTrac® Magnetic Conveyors • Several standard magnetic options are available to fit application requirements. • Magnetic elements allow inclined, vertical, or even inverted transport of ferrous parts. • Multiple magnetic lanes allow segregation of different parts on the same belt. • Get positive positioning of parts to maintain orientation and/or spacing. • Magnetic elements provide separation of ferrous and nonferrous parts. • Custom conveyor configurations permit noseovers, curve, and pulley sections to transition between various angles of incline. • Contact your sales representative or technical services at Bunting Magnetics Co. to select the right magnetic element for your application.
