stock. Mild steel pole pieces and stainless steel encased
magnets result in a highly scratch- and nick-resistant drive
surface. Rollers can be positioned on the shaft with like
poles together to create a strong, compact magnetic field.
Recessed between pole pieces, areas collect scrap filings
to keep the transporting services clean to prevent scratching
of product surface. Drive surfaces remain clean to reduce
sheet scratching and provide a more constant driving force.
