Automated Magnetic Handling - Conveyor Components

Make or Modify Your Own System
The same components used in our own conveyor systems and sold separately to OEMs are available to you for building new systems or modifying old ones. bunting Conveyor Components can turn your existing nonmagnetic conveyors into a fully magnetic system. You can use them to move, stabilize, hold, space, turn, lift, feed, and sequence parts and assemblies. They can also be integrated into automated material handling systems.

driverolcc.gif - 3519 bytes Magnetic Drive Rollers Move Parts Without belts
Drive Rollers mount in direct contact with sheet stock to drive and control sheets ranging from .010 inch tin plate to sheets over 3/16 inch thick. Our exclusive design is built for years of trouble-free operation.

platrail.gif - 2522 bytes Magnetic Plate Rails
Plate Rails are the ideal choice for conveying large or heavy ferrous objects. Plate Rails come in a standard 4 1/8 inch width and in standard lengths from 1 to 5 feet. They can be mounted to ferrous supports without insulation.

Magnetic T-Rails
trailcom.gif - 2312 bytes T-Rails mount under conveyor belts with bolt-in-place convenience. Straight and End Sections mate together and have constant magnetic force from end to end. End Sections are often used in conjunction with bunting Magnetic Pulleys. Take-Off Rails are specially designed with gradually decreasing magnetic force along their length to release sheets, blanks, and ferrous objects smoothly and gradually from the conveyor's magnetic field.

Magnetic Pulleys
magpullycc.gif - 5350 bytes Our Magnetic Pulleys can be used together with belts, bunting Magnetic T-Rails, and/or Plate Rails to build a complete magnetic conveying system. Or they can be used in direct contact with the conveyed material. At transition points, they help transfer ferrous objects moving on a vertically oriented belt to a horizontal orientation or from a horizontal to a vertical belt.
