RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead activities of 4 Supervisors, 50 hourly associates, manufacturing engineering, production control, maintenance, tool crib, inspection, and shipping for a two shift operation.
• Achieve on-time and on-budget production requirements while leading initiatives to improve manufacturability, productivity, quality, cleanliness, safety, and costs.
• Identify and justify new manufacturing capabilities to meet business needs.
• Mentor and develop individuals at all levels within the reporting organization.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• A minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment with hands-on experience with machining, fabrication, welding, and assembly processes.
• A high energy level with ‘ground level’ management skills, strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, writing skills, and coaching skills.
• Computer abilities including Word, Excel and Outlook.
